There Are No Contracts
When you hire a VA through us you will be paying a flat fee on a month-to-month basis. We charge your credit card at the beginning of each month for that month. We take care of all payments to the Filipino’s.
Termination of Your VA
Clients should give us at least 30 days’ notice should they decide to let a VA go. The main goal of this requirement is to facilitate consistency in treating people well and ethically.
Vacation, Holidays, Annual Increases, and “The 13th Month”

Confidentiality
All business process information, including salaries and any shared login data, are considered confidential and to be kept within the company and not shared with any external organization without written consent by either party. All Filipinos agree to a confidentiality agreement which is part of their conditions of employment.
